Somewhere that supports the health challenges you and your loved one face each day. A person steps in, claiming to have the path cleared, the arrangements handled, the home secured. You trust them because most people naturally do – trust is what keeps us moving forward.
You pack up.
You leave behind what you must.
You arrive in the new place, ready for steadier ground.
And then the truth breaks open:
The deal wasn’t real.
The promises weren’t true.
No payment had ever been made.
Suddenly, you’re standing in a home you thought was yours, unsure if you’ll be allowed to stay, unsure how you’ll find your footing again.
Now imagine carrying all of this while navigating daily life with health limitations, each day shaped by what your body can and cannot do.
